Very easy to use:

• Double click on the Smart Object
• Place your label design, Save
• Choose the desired type/color for the lid and bottle, then choose their reflection type.

While this mockup is easy and intuitive to use, there is a considerable number of nested layers and groups, just follow the hierarchy (e.g. bottle-mid – lid-plastic – lid-plastic-ribbed – …) and you should be already mastering it!
